In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@boavistarunco.com for an exchange or a refund.

The item purchased must be in its original packaging/condition (unused, with tags still attached, soft flasks still in their plastic seal (if included) with the vest).

Please note, we require a copy of your original purchase receipt, order number or order confirmation email for handling of all Warranty and Size Exchange requests. 

We stand behind our products and provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of 3 months after purchase. We do not cover normal wear and tear.

Returns Shipping Cost

Please note, if you choose to return/exchange an item, return shipping cost must be covered by you and we do not provide return shipping labels.Shipping details will be given at the time of exchange/refund request.
